Through Their Eyes: The Quill Took Flight is an anthology of student writings based on their personal life experiences. These works include poetry, fiction, and non-fiction by second language learners from around the world. Additionally, other students such as Cherokee and Appalachian have submissions, which include Native American customs and stories such as the history of ginseng in the Great Smoky Mountains.
