About the Author
Anders Granmo was educated at universities in Norway and South Africa. He is a lecturer and researcher, focusing on issues related to global health governance. Pieter Fourie teaches political science at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. He has worked in the field of global health since the late 1990s, including at UNAIDS, the AIDS Foundation of South Africa, and he has taught at universities in South Africa and Australia.
